Ingredients
· McCain® Crispers Fries – 150 g
Red salsa
· Tomatoes – 4 nos · Red onion – 1 nos
· Garlic cloves – 2 nos · Tomato sauce – 3/4 cup
· Olive oil – 1/4 cup · Vinegar – 2 tbsp
· Red chilis – 4 nos
Green salsa
· Green capsicum – 1/2 nos · Red onion – 1 nos
· Parsley – 1/2 cup · Coriander – 1/2 cup
· Green chilis – 2 nos · Limes – 2 nos
· Vinegar – 2 tbsp · Olive oil – 1/4 cup
· Jalapeños – 4 nos
Directions
For the red salsa
· Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds.
· Blend all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
For the green salsa
· Cut the chilis in half and remove the seeds.
· Blend all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
· Keep both dips in a chilled condition till serving time.
For the fries
· Fry McCain® Crispers Fries at 177˚C for 2 minutes 45 seconds.
· Serve the fries with the salsa dips.
